Hey friends, welcome to this episode of Organized Chaos. Today I have a special one for you. So I have a recording from a live workshop that my husband and I did, and I thought it would be really helpful to share it with you guys, because it's all about growing your business fast. So we share three ways that we grew our business and left our nine to fives, and there are probably three things that you don't really think about. So if you have a full-time job that you're trying to leave, or you just want to grow your business in a way that not only will benefit you in your business but also in your personal life, check out this episode. Marc:What is going on? My modern leaders, welcome back to another powerful workshop. I am so pumped to share some of the strategies with you guys here today and literally give you a blueprint on how we were able to speed up the process in our growth, in our business, to help us leave our full-time jobs. I know that's a lot there, but there was a lot of things back when I was a full-time police officer and Teresa was working at the UCLA Medical Center and we were like, how can we speed up this process? And there's a lot of like gimmicks, there's a lot of like quick fixes, there's a lot of like overnight kind of success, kind of stuff that, believe it or not, we tried, because we were just wanting to throw everything that we possibly could at the wall and see what stuck. And as a result of that number one, we lost a little bit of time. But number two, we actually found three things that moved the needle for us the most. What's crazy is like having worked this business for I don't know how many years 11 years when we tapped into the three things we talked about we're going to talk about today. In one year, it totally transformed our business to get us to the point where we could retire from our jobs, and we want to share that strategy with you here today. So, guys, welcome to modern leadership, where we see things differently. We help entrepreneurs become like modern leaders so they can excel both in their personal life as well as in their business, without having to sacrifice family time or bringing themselves out. This is what we call creating a legacy, where you're able to create a legacy when it comes to your business, when it comes to like the people that you're impacting, the problems that you're solving, while also living the family life that you truly want to live in, modeling the behavior for your kids to let them know that when they get older, they can do the same exact thing. Now, this one is going to be super special because we're actually launching something called the Inner Circle and we're going to talk a little bit about the end. But I do want to welcome a few different people, because we have Sandra, who is a new member of the Inner Circle. We have Cassie, we also have Eric, we also have Kurt, we also have Julie, we also have Dominique and Marie I already said Sandra and, of course, me and Teresa we are super pumped to be talking about. We're going to talk about this a little bit later, but really I want to give you the strategies and the framework now and then show you how you can have this done for you. All right, because the process of putting this together is really where the power is, and if you'd rather do this on your own, I'm totally cool with that, but I want to give you the structure and the steps to be able to create this level of not only speed boost for your business, but also so that you can help out other people. Achieve that too, because I really feel like that's somewhere deep down inside of us. Yes, we want to be able to like make an impact. We want to be able to like leave our full time jobs, but we want to do it in a way that feels like it's in the line of intent. Integrity, meaning we're doing this because we're also making a huge impact in the world. We're helping other business owners, we're helping other people who don't own businesses. We're helping them solve problems and, as a result, if it gives us the freedom that we want, if it allows us to unplug from our jobs earlier or if it allows us just to have some extra money at the end of the month that we can do extra things with. I am all for it, and I know you are too. So, guys, I've got my beautiful, amazing co-host here because apparently somebody thinks I'm Mr Forehead on social media. They shouted me out today, but I always have to fall back on this beautiful woman because not only does she have like incredible, like coaching skills, but she also helps cover all the blind spots that I constantly have. So, teresa, super pumped for this one. How about you?
Teresa:I am, I am and we don't care about the negative comments on social media, right, they don't you know. Slip off whatever.
Marc:It is kind of funny and I did definitely to share it with the team. I'm like, okay, there might be a little bit of truth to this like I happen to not have any here, but I'm like, okay, like this is funny, because how many of you guys would actually go out and hate on other people's comments? You would take the time out of your day to go. You know what I'm gonna hate on and I know it's none of you guys, so, but I do like to bring it up because it is super funny when I just see that stuff and I like to send it to my team just to get a good laugh. But let's dive right into these three things today, okay. So, first off, little roll call. And Kurt, that's why I hired you man. I'm like, hey, I cannot hire anybody who has more hair than me. I mean, that's a promise. That's like I don't know what happened on Na'ease and Snaa. Like apparently they passed that, but super pumped to see everybody here. By the way, we got Kyle, we got Trisha, we got Shelley what's going on? We also have April, april, super powerful coach what's going on in April? And Carmen from the authentically ADHD podcast. If you haven't subscribed to. That is super powerful, powerful podcast, and we're excited to kind of like share the structure with you, okay. So, that being said, let's jump into number one, and it's actually me who goes first on this, right, trisha? Yes, okay, so we're going to jump into the three hacks that help speed up our business journey. Okay. Now, these are things that one of them we've talked about and we talk about it quite often, but the other two aren't really ones that we actually talk about a lot, and I don't know why that's the case. It's probably the reason why I'm so excited about today, because a lot of times, like I do teach on a lot of different ideas around, like learning and developing skills, but I don't teach about these other two things. And there's these things that I want to talk about, and I want you to start looking at things differently through the lens of not only an entrepreneur, but a modern leader, somebody who is excelling in both areas. All right, now this first one. It is called networking. Okay, networking. Now I want to give you an idea of what I mean by networking, because what people most think in terms of networking. As Teresa goes in super soon to her, it's okay, we'll get some more subscribers for that one. When we think about, like, the term networking, it can kind of feel a little daunting and you might even have, like some ideas of what that means and how I want to talk to you about networking is how, literally, that sped up the process for me, not only in my business, but in my life and in my personal growth. Right, this is different than accountability. All right, we'll talk about accountability a little bit later, but networking is finding people that will help speed up your growth. Now, when networking can be, it could be a person, it could be a business, it could be an influencer, it could be somebody who already has the people that you want to help serve. Like. I do think there's a caveat, there's a thing where you're like you want to build up like a network of people who do want to be served. Right, and it's you engaging and expanding. But did you know that somebody else has already built your audience? They already have influence and if they were to mention you, things would take off. Now, some of you guys know me in terms of, like, how I networked, and you may think that it all came from Josh Coates, which was a big part of it, but there was many other areas that I actually networked with too. All right, now I'm going to share with you how I started those networks, or how I started to get connected to those networks, because I don't want you to think, oh, what Mark means is I should just reach out to all the influencers, to all the people, and then just say, hey, can I help you, can I join? Because that will be the quickest way for you to get X'd, for you to get blocked, for them to say no, thank you, because I honestly get that every single day. People are like oh my God, you have all of these followers and you have all these YouTube like people and you have all these people in a book club. We have almost a thousand people in a book club. Can I come in there and just like share some of my stuff? And I'm like absolutely not, because it's about me like really helping my audience, my community, and if I find somebody that has the ability of doing that, I'm all in. But if all I think is that thereafter, like just getting into my community, just getting into my network, and me just shouting them out, it's going to like really muddy the water and I'm going to lose all the respect from my community. All right, there's a different way to do this. I want to describe it to you today. So for me, that was getting in into Josh Coats' world. That was getting into the dad edge community. That was getting into, like, the YouTube video ranking academy. That was getting into man the digital CEO. That was getting into like all of these different communities getting in there helping out so many people that my name would literally be at the top of the spectrum. So when I had an opportunity that came up from Josh Coats, josh knew my name because I was participating as a matter of fact, I was paying for a lot of these things and I was going all into the community. I was lifting people up. I wasn't just going in there to pull things out, I was like I'm going in there to like over deliver. And when I over delivered, when I showed up, when I wasn't just get out into a Facebook group and go hey guys, why don't you follow me over here? That is not how we network. How we network as we get in and we help out as many humans as possible and, as a result of that, they get to the point where they're like I just really want to lift this person up. I want to shout this from the rooftop because I feel like this person is like, really genuine and they have honest integrity and they're there to help people. And then they do what Josh did and say, hey, mark, what if we co-teamed up and we created this thing and then, boom, my business took off. Same with the dad edge, Larry Hagner and the other mastermind members are like hey, what if you came over and you came in here and started teaching the mastermind with us? Boom, and it would have never been possible if I had had that intention of like, first off, I'm going to get in here just so I can do that. No, my intention was I want to get in here so I can really help people, I can learn how to communicate better, I can learn how to coach better, and my intention was to help as many humans as possible and I got on their radars. So when you're thinking about networking at this level, all right, yes, we're going to. I'm going to talk to you about a way of like actually that I have this kind of figured out for you already, but I want you to think about this as you go throughout this week and that is like what is a network? Who is a network? What the business is a network that I could get in front of and by doing that it would totally take my business off. And how can I lead with value and help and give it enough time? I'm not saying you're going to jump in there in three weeks from now. It's going to happen. I don't know if you guys know this, but it took me five years to actually get connected with Josh to the point where he's like hey, let's co-create a life coach school. But if I hadn't started off with him, it would have never made that possible. Why? It was less for the dad edge. It took about two and a half years. And then they wanted me to teach for the life coach school. It took about six months of them seeing me in the practice sessions where they're like hey, can you come on and be an instructor for us? I decided not to so I can create the school with Josh. But all of these different ways where a way of me to get in, shine and like, really do whatever I can to help out everybody not just going in there to like ask for stuff, but going in there and giving, and by doing that, I rose up and then they reached out to me and asked me how I can best help and support their team, and it was just a normal transition. So that's why networking is such a huge piece of this, guys. It's not an overnight success, it's not a flip the switch, even though sometimes there can be some people that you know. If you know somebody who knows somebody, who knows somebody, I'm going to leave it at that, because usually go a different direction, but if you know somebody and they know somebody else that can connect you, that is awesome way for you to build that network and to speed up this process. But sometimes you don't, sometimes you go. You know what I really want? To connect with Erin and because, like literally, Erin has something that I want to be a part of, I'm going to join her program. I'm going to get coached by her, I'm going to work with her closely. I'm going to get Aaron to know my name because I'm going to take out all the action that she asked me to. I'm going to get incredible results. I'm going to be her best testimonial. And also, after that, what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to go in there and help other people in the process. I'm literally going to be teaching and training and doing things as if this person's like man. I should probably pay her because of what she's doing, not to the point where it's taken over your whole life, but to the point where you're like I'm being consistent with this every day because I'm building up to the point where, when this like really breaks through, think about what life would look like. All right, josh opened me up to so many different possibilities. Speaking on stage, I mean, he's got like 60,000 people on his email list, all of these followers, all of this credibility that he's built up. He literally spent his blood, sweat and tears on it. He obviously wants to protect that. But at the same time, when I came along and I've really built that up, built up that integrity, get to the point where he's like he fully trusts me then he opened it to me and it just really blew our business up. You know, you've heard about how, like in one year, we like almost five extra business. There were so many things that were so many moving pieces, but this was one of the biggest ones. It was like. It was like a paid off to network to help to do the things that we always say is like give more value than you expect in return, and it's not going to happen overnight, but it's something that, when it does, it is a true game changer. So hope that was helpful. That was step one. All right, I know there's two more steps and Theresa is going to get into it right now, but lean into oh, thank you, thank you, carmen. Lean into how are you going to like not only how, but like when it comes to a network, who is a network, or a person or a business or somebody that has your audience already has the people that you want to be able to help, and how can you best support them on their mission? And I don't mean sending a copy and paste email to everybody. Take ownership of what you can control. You can't control the algorithm. You can't control who's monitoring the social media. What can you control and how can you get in front of them and make them remember your name? All right, teresa.
Teresa:Number two I love that, no, and I just want to say that it just opens up so many opportunities. It opens up so many doors because really, it's better to do it as a team, right? It's like we all maybe start off as solo pernures, but networking is a very key component of growing and scaling right. So I love that All right. Number two is developing a new skill that makes you more valuable to the marketplace. So this could be anything it could be coaching, it could be marketing, it's sales, facebook ads, teaching or training any new skill. This will always work or this will always help you get to the next level, and there are many, many different skills to develop and each one will help you bring more to the marketplace. Now, I do have to say that any skill that you develop that has to do with the inner workings here is the most valuable. The more you work on yourself, the better and more valuable you will be in the marketplace. I mean, we've said this many, many times coaching for us has not only helped us grow as far as our business and everything, but the biggest transformation has been how it has helped us personally, with our family, with our communication, our relationships, all of that. So there's like this you know, I don't know how to say it, like there's a word that's not coming to me right now, but basically that skill has helped us develop as a person so much more. I remember Mark has mentioned this many times I used to work at UCLA Medical Center and I started off in an administration and we needed to work on basically lessening the impact, the environmental impact, that the hospitals have. And they developed this new position and I was very lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time and they decided to create this program, a sustainability program. Now, as I was working and growing this program, there were skills that I needed to develop. This wasn't something that I actually went to school for. I went into business and administration that's the degree that I have and I needed to develop those skills. I needed to figure out, you know, how things work so that I can grow this program, and I got a certification for that. So that helped as far as developing myself and also giving me the resources and the tools to develop that program for the hospital. Then, when I left my job and I got into health and fitness, I wanted to develop another skill, so I went into nutrition. The biggest transformation physically for me was with nutrition. So I wanted to know how that all worked and at first it was okay. I want to know how the body works and I really dove into how food affects our body and all of that like the science-y stuff, like I really really enjoyed that. So I got a nutrition certification, so I was a nutrition coach, but then, like I started to think about, well, how can this actually help grow my business? Now I do have to say that it didn't develop the way that I wanted it to until life coaching came along. And then life coaching really, just like I said, it really helped us personally, but it also helped us develop a business. Because who doesn't need a life coach, who doesn't need someone who can really listen to them and help them through struggles, not just business issues, not just business struggles, but personal issues, right, and we don't have to know the answers. In fact, most of the time we don't know the answers. It's just about helping people develop their own, like dive deep into what they already know, but really kind of guide them and help them solve their own problems and help them really grow into the next level. So developing a new skill, no matter what that is, will always help you, and if it has to do with your business or it has to do with something that you're struggling with, that is what you should be diving into.
Marc:I love it. I love it and I kind of want to hear today, guys, for those of you who are alive and even watching the replay, what are some of the skills that you've been able to develop, what are some of the skills that you've been able to become a part of, what are some skills that you have learned that have made the biggest impact in your life right now? Because I know a lot of time, a lot of time, it comes where we're thinking about oh my God, I gotta learn new skills, and we forget of how many skills we've been able to develop because of the experiences of our life. I think a lot of times when people forget when they're business owners is a lot of the times that you struggle through something and you have we're having difficult situation and you overcame it, or you're going through it right now. I honestly believe that actually like propels you to be the best, to actually be the best person to teach that thing, to be the best person to help people through that thing, and so, as you develop skills, once you develop a new skill, it makes all of the other skills that you have better. So you develop a skill of doing Facebook ads. That makes everything else you've done before that better. You develop a skill of life coaching. That makes everything that you've done better. That you develop a skill of like being parents right, that makes everything that you've done over here better. And the more skills that you develop, the more like actually help and value can bring to the marketplace. But you've also, like, already crushed so many different things. You have skills, you've developed things. I was a police officer for 20 years that developed some pretty crazy skills that my kids hate me for, because I can tell when there's something that's going to arrive. My detective like kind of like inkling, goes up and I have that spidey sense and I'm like something's going on and then I can find out what that thing is. Well, my kids tell me about something I'm like oh okay, I know that there's like not some full truth here and I can pull it out, but those are skills that I developed. I get to bring those into every conversation, every coaching call, every YouTube video. Everything that I do now has this skill to be able to lift up right. So as you go this is not a let me learn one skill and stop your skill level. Like Josh says, your outward success is a reflection of your inner growth. If you get to this part, you're only going to be able to like, actually be able to stay at this part. You're not going to be able to rise above that until you continue to grow. And when you continue to grow and you figure out what's the next skill that makes me more valuable, right, then you lean into that, you learn that skill and you will grow exponentially. Now there's a third part to this and it is so much connected to what we talked about in, not only the networking but also the skills, that I don't want you to overlook. All right, the third part of this, which you guys already know because we talk about it so much, has to do with community, or basically what I like to think of as our inner circle. It is the group of people that want to grow as much. They're growing the skills, they're growing their networking. They're really like leaning in. They're not willing to let you off the hook, they're going to push you a little bit more and a lot of them aren't even in the same industry or network or group as you. If you're trying to network and everybody you know is in the same network, that's not called networking. That's like inner mingling in the team, and so you gotta find a way of like. How do I find my inner circle? My inner circle is the group of people that will lift me up, who have different skills, different strengths and different weaknesses, because, like we talked about before, if I'm really good at coaching, if I'm really good at leading, if I'm really good at Facebook ads and you're not so good at it, and we are a part of the inner circle my skills are yours, literally. I will do whatever I can and I do this for all of my one-on-ones anything that I can. I'm like. You know what? This is a skill I learned as a police sergeant. I'm gonna teach it to you today because I really feel this is gonna get you to level up. It's the power of like, not only having a coach, but having a team, a group of people who feels like I don't even know if I should be in this room. It feels like, oh my god, these guys are so much better at this stuff than me and they might be, and it's because you excel in different areas and when you bring your strength to it, when you bring your powers to it, it levels up the entire group. That's why I call this inner circle. It is a tight-knit group of people that is just not the normal people that you hang out with. It's the people who push you, who are outside of your normal sphere of influence, who have different skills and different strengths. Because what I found is like one of the worst things you can do is find an accountability partner who struggles with the same thing you do. That is not helpful at all. That is like just calling your best friend, not coaching each other, and just being like that sucked, that happened, this sucks, and you're just like throwing things out there to just get that empathy feeling right, but you don't have a solution to the problem. You don't have somebody else who's like actually I rock at that. Let me share you my three different resources and the story that I found that actually fuels me to get after it. Let me show you about the skill that I learned over here, about how to communicate, how to like write messages, messaging better, how to do better podcasts, how to do better videos, how to actually have a hook, how to do an outro to your video. All of these things are different skills that you can learn. Once you learn it, not only do you bring more value to everybody else in the group, but actually when you have something you're like I'm not really good at this skill, somebody else can help you and lift you up from there. This is exactly why we have created the Inner Circle. This is why we've decided that we've been working on this for an entire month about how can we do this, how can we create a network where people can actually come in and not only start conversations but even potentially like actually sell people in the program if they need some extra coaching or they need some of your product or your program. But also how can we leverage this out so it's not just a group full of coaches, but it's a group full of entrepreneurs in multiple different avenues, so that they can come in and they can share their strengths, just like we can share, for me, my strength when it comes to leadership and when it comes to coaching. When you have this level, we're like, okay, that's great, but how do we teach people the skills they need to learn? Some of you guys already know that we teach some of the skills here on this channel, but what's hard is to individually figure out what skill you need to learn and teach it to you, because that's not how YouTube works. Youtube works as a broad audience. If I have somebody in Laura's like hey, mark, I really need help with this specific thing related to like I need to get more dog walking clients. I can't make a video about how to get more dog walking clients and I guess I could but what if I were to have that ability of like having to open up a Q&A and being able to do this behind the scenes, where I'm able to like actually help her through that specific thing, so she doesn't feel like that she's stuck, and that's what we wanted to really bring together. And then, of course, the community a group of people who are excelling, a group of people who are like they're different avenues, different businesses and different structures that they have in place, different strengths, different weaknesses, and that's what we've been able to create for you. Now, if it's okay, I would like to talk to you about how this program works and also how crazy, like low, the investment is. It's probably like the cost of like what your lunch is for today, okay, and I'll tell you. There's a caveat to that. There's a reason why we wanted to do that and why we're only doing it through this weekend at this special, like low price, but I want to give you a few ideas of like what this looks like. If this isn't for you, totally cool. I want you to still power through these three things how can I find a network to expand to? How can I like really develop the skills that I need to so I can become more valuable? And number three is how can I find my inner circle, a group of people that are going to lift me up? We're outside of, maybe, the business that I'm in, outside of the structure where I am, and I want you to go out there and I want you to find it or create it on your own Right. But if you're somebody who's like but I would really like it to be done for me, I would really like to have this kind of environment where I don't have to create all that stuff. I can spend my time and my energy where it needs to be spent, which is like creating my business, getting more coaching clients, getting more like whatever it is that your specific goals are right now, then that's why I want to talk to you about the inner circle. Right Now. I want to share the structure of how this works. And then I mean, we already have people who are already signing up as a member. It looks like Carmen is a member so pumped to have you on the team. Carmen Aaron's a member Welcome, aaron. We want to talk about, like, the different there's two different levels to the inner circle and we want to share, like, exactly what you get from being a part of this and how it works. All right, now this is what's called a membership, which means for however long you're part of this, membership is however long you're going to get access to these different things we're going to talk about. All right, there's two different levels. Okay, the first is a starter level. All right, this is, it's $3 a month and, being a part of the community, you're going to have access to the community. You get access to these cool badges that are on people's names. I'm not sure if you've seen, but, like, as you grow in the community and you become a leader in the community, your badge continues to grow until it becomes a full on star. We're going to see if it's something that we can make a little bit more broad and, if so, we'll be able to help support you there. So you will be the people who will be able to give us like different directions and the type of videos you have. That is all for the beginning stage, right? The starter portion of the Inner Circle. Now for people who want to go all in, this is the elite level of the Inner Circle. This is where everybody who's signed up right now is joining is as the elite member of the Inner Circle, and what this does is it gives you all those things we just talked about, and there's a few other differences. We can't necessarily coach you, but we can like give you different ideas and directions that you can go we can talk about, like different ways that we can mentor you and give you advice, if we've done that thing before. And so it's a way of you, once a month, getting on and interacting not only with us but with the community and getting your specific questions answered, what we would do if we were in your specific situation. Like I said, this is not like one-on-one coaching. It's a membership, but it still opens the door to things that you wouldn't have if you weren't a part of this membership. Plus, inside of our app we don't have any ads. We don't have anything like Facebook. People aren't going to get distracted. They're only inside of our community, right? So make sure that you sign up. Marc:So let me start. What if I can't make the live Q&A? So some people have asked this. So our Q&A is going to be the last Friday of every month at 10 am Pacific time, which is 1 pm Eastern, 12 pm Central. Not everybody's going to be able to make them. What we're going to do is, before the actual call, I'm going to post inside of our inner circle, inside of my app, what are some questions that you would like us to answer for you if you cannot make the call live, and we're going to go back into those questions while we're on live and help you answer that while we're there. Now, here's the caveat as we grow for the people who make live, we answer those questions first. But in the beginning, guys, when we have like 50, 60, 70 members, we're gonna have a lot more space and energy to really help you out the most, okay. So really ask those questions. There's no question. That's dumb, that's stupid. If you're too nervous, ask it anyway, because it's something that I'm sure everybody else is really thinking about. Breathe in there and we'll be able to help you. These are things like I don't know Facebook ads, like communication, like anything that you think would be like. You know what. I really am struggling with this and I would really love some help with it, even if it's not an alignment with what we have here on the channel. That's the beauty of having this inner circle. I can help answer those questions and have it be a video that's only available to members. All right, it's not something that would go out on YouTube. It would only be available to you.
Teresa:Next one Okay, so can I cancel my membership, and what happens if I want to return?
Marc:Yes. So at any point, if you decide this isn't for me, you wanna downgrade, you wanna upgrade, you can go in to the membership tab and you can change all of that inside of YouTube. You would do that directly on YouTube. If you remove yourself from that YouTube, from the membership, no worries at all, totally get it. You're also gonna be removed from the community inside of our app. It's just the nature of the beast, because it's for active people and those active people get access to the app, right. If later you decide you wanna rejoin, that's totally cool too. The price could be different, it's probably gonna be different, and you just have to join at whatever price it is at that specific moment. The reason why I'm making it $10 a month is because I wanna help out as many people as I possibly can get started and create so much momentum that later, when it's 50, 60, $100 a month, they're like. All of these people have been able to benefit because they were the early starters. They were the early people who were willing to jump in and get started right from the beginning, and it's gonna be something that is gonna repay them forever. For $10 a month, right, it's like $120 for a year to have access to all of these things. So that's what you could do. And then here's the thing I don't want any weird and awkwardness. Number one I don't want you to feel like I'm telling you if you don't do this, you're not gonna succeed, because that is false news. So many people have succeeded without having what I just talked about right here. But I really do believe that this is the speed boost. Not only that, I know for a 1 million percent fact that it actually sped up the process in our business to allow us to leave our full-time job. And I also know that not many people are talking about this, not many people are sharing this, and they're definitely not doing it for $10 a month, right. And so I don't want you to feel weird or awkward. If you don't join, that's totally cool. Maybe this isn't your thing, but if it is your thing, jump in, dive in, do whatever you can to like, actually meet everybody halfway, because this also isn't the holy grail. You don't sign up and then, all of a sudden, you have a million people knocking on your door saying, hey, can I have your services? That's not how this works. Remember when I talked about it in networking? That's what you must do here. That means you come in, you share value, you share podcast episodes, you share whatever you can to really help people and you become, in the community, a leader. And when you become a leader and I call out to you as a leader, because we will be doing that, that is something that I have in my mind in the longterm is like we're gonna actually be having people who are part of this community that we are basically gonna be promoting to like moderators and you're gonna see them kind of like pop up because basically we're giving our influence to them. But in the beginning it's gonna take some time of you helping, of you leaning in, of you getting uncomfortable, of you doing those things to really help people out, and that will help level and elevate you up. Marc:No, no, no. Free one-on-one call every month. This is one free 20-minute one-on-one During that session. I'm gonna tell you in advance. I'm gonna talk to you about how you could work one-on-one with either me, or Teresa will talk to you how you could work one-on-one with her. Or we have these things called success pods that we're creating right now, which is basically a one-on-three program. We're gonna talk to you about that because we really do believe there's a lot of power in community, but also getting your personal questions answered from a coach and helping coach you through your head versus your heart. That's gonna happen on that call. But also, you only get access to one of those calls. Now, I said this before. I know a lot of you guys already have had one-on-ones with us and you're like, oh my God, this is so awesome, can we do it again? And my answer is yes. When you sign up for this, even if you've had one-on-ones with before, you can 100% do that.
